This page explains, in plain terms, what information aro21 collects and how we use it.
What we collect
When you place an order, we collect the details needed to fulfil it, such as your name, contact details, shipping address, and order contents. If you contact us, we keep what you send so we can reply. Payment is handled by our payment provider, Razorpay. We do not store your full card details on our systems.
How we use it
We use your information to process orders, arrange delivery, provide support, and, if you opt in, send you updates about new work. We do not sell your information.
Payments and Razorpay
Payments are processed by Razorpay in Indian rupees. Razorpay handles your card and payment details directly. We never see or store your full card number. We receive a confirmation that a payment succeeded, along with the order reference, so we can ship what you bought.
Cookies and analytics
We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working, remember your bag, and understand how the site is used.
Who we share it with
We share information only with the providers who help us run the store and ship your order, such as our payment processor and our delivery partners. We share only what they need to do their job.
Your choices
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and opt out of marketing at any time. Email hello@aro21.com and a real person will help. These rights apply under India's data protection law.
