These terms cover the use of the aro21 website and the purchase of our products. Please read them before you order.
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm your order by email once payment is processed. Until we send that confirmation, no contract is formed.
All prices are shown in Indian rupees (INR) and include any applicable taxes as displayed at checkout. We may correct a clear pricing error before we confirm an order, and if we do, we will tell you and give you the choice to continue or cancel.
Some products, including the duffels, are sold on pre-order. A pre-order is charged at the time you place the order, and your payment funds the production run for that batch.
Pre-order items ship in 2 to 3 weeks from your order date. We email you when production starts and again when your order ships, with a tracking link.
You can cancel a pre-order within 48 hours of placing it for a full refund. After 48 hours, production has started and the order cannot be cancelled. Full details are in our Cancellation and Refund Policy.
Payments are processed securely by Razorpay in Indian rupees. By placing an order, you authorise the charge shown at checkout. We never see or store your full card details.
If a payment cannot be verified, your order does not ship until it is confirmed.
Shipping timelines and costs are set out in our Shipping and Delivery Policy, and the amount is confirmed at checkout. We dispatch from Bangalore.
Cancellations, returns, and refunds are set out in our Cancellation and Refund Policy. If something is wrong with your order, tell us first at hello@aro21.com and we will make it right.

We provide this website and our products with reasonable care. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim connected to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the consumer protection laws that apply to you.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka.
