The short version
As every bag is made to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind. We do stand fully behind our product for damage or defects.
What is eligible
A product that arrives damaged, or an order with an item missing.
It must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
What we need from you
Your order number, clear photos of the issue, and an unboxing video showing the damage.
Email these to hello@aro21.com within 48 hours of delivery.
How we resolve it
If your claim is approved, we ship a replacement.
If a replacement is unavailable, we issue a full refund to your original payment method.
What is not eligible
Change of mind, used products, normal wear and tear, or a minor colour difference caused by screens and lighting.
Damage or a missing item? Email hello@aro21.com within 48 hours of delivery and we will make it right.
