Where we ship, how long it takes, what it costs, and how to track your order.
Where we ship
We currently ship across India, and we dispatch every order from Bangalore.
We are working on international and Gulf delivery. We will list those regions here before we open them, rather than promise a destination we cannot reach yet.
Dispatch and delivery times
Both duffels are made to order and ship in 2 to 3 weeks from the date you order. We email you when production starts, and again when your order is on its way.
Once an order is dispatched, delivery within India usually takes a further 3 to 7 working days, depending on your location.
Shipping charges
Shipping is calculated and shown at checkout, so you always see the exact amount before you pay. All charges are in Indian rupees.
Tracking your order
When your order ships, we email you a tracking link so you can follow it to your door. If it has not arrived by the estimated date, email hello@aro21.com and we will sort it out.

aro21 is a Bangalore-based brand. All orders are handled in Indian rupees.
